Snow Walking
Guy Day this month was snowshoing Hurricane Ridge (part of the Olympic National Forest).
At first Michael thought he was about to step off the edge of the world.
Then he thought he had fallen in Dr. Seuss Land, what with the funky trees and all.
But every so often the sun came out and Michael could tell he was in beeyootiful country!
Even if it was covered with enormous amounts of snow. (That's a picnic table Michael and Andy are sitting at, by the way. Note that the ski trail goes right over it!)
